## Who We Are

Twarx is an applied AI studio registered in India. We believe the most valuable AI is not the most general — it is the AI that genuinely helps with the specific work in front of you, deployed only where it earns its place.

We are not hype creators. We give clients a straight reality check: where AI helps, where it does not, and what it will actually cost to run. Before we build, we research. Before we deploy, we define the success metric. After deployment, we measure it.

We build and publish practical AI agents and n8n automation workflows that anyone can import and put to work today. Each one is documented, tested, and built to save real hours — not to look good in a demo.

### Custom Small Language Models (for business)
We design, train, and evaluate Small Language Models on a business's own category and data. SLMs are purpose-built models that are smaller, faster, cheaper to run, and easier to audit than large general-purpose models for the tasks they are trained on.

### Local SLM + RAG Systems (for business)
We deliver a complete private Small Language Model and retrieval (RAG) module that runs on a client's own infrastructure. The client owns and runs the system; sensitive data never leaves the building and is never sent to third-party APIs.

### AI Research & Reality Checks
We test what current models can and cannot do, then give an honest assessment of where AI creates real value versus where it is just hype — with success metrics agreed before any work begins.
